Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic B2B eCommerce sales expert to spearhead the digital commerce growth across Australia and New Zealand within Suntory Oceania. This position offers the unique chance to lead the expansion, user adoption, and continuous enhancement of our B2B digital commerce platforms. You will oversee the performance and development of our Online Store and customer engagement channels, enabling a smarter and more efficient connection between Suntory and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital commerce strategy and improvement plan for the ANZ region.
- Boost user adoption, increase engagement, and encourage repeat purchases through initiatives guided by data analysis.
- Enhance B2B eCommerce success by raising conversion rates, increasing average purchase value, and improving customer loyalty.
- Manage automated customer journeys and communications utilizing SAP Emarsys.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to create seamless omnichannel solutions.
- Continuously identify and apply improvements to the digital customer journey.
- Monitor key performance indicators, customer insights, and analytics to guide strategic choices and maximize return on investment.
- Lead innovation and digital transformation projects to elevate both customer satisfaction and business performance.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing B2B eCommerce, digital commerce, or CRM platforms.
- Track record of successfully driving customer adoption, enhancing engagement, and increasing online sales outcomes.
- Strong business sense combined with a customer-centric approach.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and confidence leveraging insights to influence decisions.
- Excellent ability to manage stakeholders and influence across different business units.
- Experience overseeing digital enhancement roadmaps and ongoing improvement projects.
- Passionate about fostering innovation, improving customer experience, and leading digital transition efforts.
- Adept at building effective cross-functional relationships and working collaboratively across various departments.
