Job Summary

This crucial role is for a seasoned digital marketing professional aiming to progress beyond project management into a strategic partnership role across a diverse client portfolio. As the main advisor, you will translate complex analytics into actionable growth initiatives. This role offers involvement in an innovative, results-focused team and a clear advancement path toward leadership, assisting companies nationwide to scale through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic lead and main contact managing client portfolios from onboarding through sustainable growth.
  • Create and manage digital marketing approaches encompassing SEO, paid advertising, local search, and analytics.
  • Track campaign outcomes utilizing tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to spot patterns and resolve issues.
  • Deliver insightful reports and recommendations that clarify marketing metrics into business impacts.
  • Work closely with internal marketing experts to ensure campaign actions align with client objectives.
  • Spot opportunities for expanding services or adjusting strategies to boost client return on investment.
  • Build enduring, trustful advisor relationships beyond task execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years in client-facing roles within digital marketing agencies handling account strategy and results.
  • Demonstrated skill in crafting and articulating marketing strategies that deliver measurable expansion.
  • Familiarity with key digital marketing platforms including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and WordPress.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to transform technical data into engaging stories for clients.
  • Excellent communication and confidence to simplify complex ideas into actionable advice.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Availability aligned with core Mountain Time working hours (9 AM - 5 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting clients in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization or reporting tools.
