This role presents a significant chance for an experienced digital marketing expert to advance beyond project management roles. Acting as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for an array of clients, the candidate will convert complex analytics into actionable growth tactics. Key Responsibilities
- Function as the strategic lead and main client liaison from onboarding to sustained growth phases.
- Create and manage holistic digital marketing plans encompassing SEO, paid advertising, local search, and data analytics.
- Track campaign outcomes with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to discern trends and resolve issues.
- Deliver insightful presentations and reports translating marketing metrics into concrete business results.
- Coordinate with internal digital marketing experts to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services or strategic adjustments to enhance client return on investment.
- Build enduring, trust-filled client relationships by positioning as a consultant rather than merely overseeing tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years client-facing experience at a digital marketing agency focusing on account strategy and performance management.
- Demonstrated success designing and communicating strategic marketing plans that enable measurable growth.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the talent to transform complex data into compelling client narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable guidance.
- Organizational excellence capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively in dynamic settings.
- Availability to work core business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

- Background working with clients in healthcare or other strictly regulated sectors.
