The Auckland team is hiring a Digital Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to work across major retail and quick-service restaurant clients. This role would suit someone already working as an Associate Digital Manager who is ready to take on greater ownership while still being supported by an experienced, collaborative team.
What you’ll do
You will be central to the delivery of digital campaigns, guiding work from the initial brief through launch, ongoing optimisation, and final reporting. The position involves shaping media direction, partnering with specialist teams, managing active campaigns, and turning performance data into clear insights. You’ll support a portfolio of well-known consumer brands with practical, effective digital execution.
- Turn client briefs into practical digital media proposals
- Run campaigns across several accounts at once
- Collaborate with internal experts in search, social, biddable media, and data
- Track campaign performance and make optimisation changes
- Handle client communication, work-in-progress updates, and timelines
- Build reporting outputs and performance insights
- Coordinate media partners and direct buying activity
What makes this opportunity appealing
- A chance to move into broader ownership and planning responsibility
- Exposure to well-known retail and QSR brands
- Opportunity to expand hybrid planning experience
- A supportive, collaborative team environment
- Real autonomy and responsibility in the role
- Flexible hybrid working setup
- A lively and social workplace
- Occasional office visits from Beau the sausage dog
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in a media agency or in digital campaign management. You should be comfortable with planning, buying, and reporting, and confident managing stakeholders and client communication. Experience using DV360, Google Ads, and Google Analytics will be valuable, along with familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and other biddable media platforms. Strong organisation and a sharp eye for detail are essential. Experience in retail, QSR, or hybrid planning environments is helpful but not mandatory.
