Role overview
This position is for a mid-level marketer who can balance brand thinking with hands-on execution. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, the role covers creative content, CRM activity across email and WhatsApp, digital marketing, and brand development, while also supporting events and brand partnerships. The right person will be highly creative, comfortable working with data, and motivated by building a growing brand.
Creative content and brand direction
- Develop the creative content approach for brand, paid media, and social channels, and translate ideas into briefs for designers, photographers, and external agencies.
- Keep the brand voice, visual style, and messaging consistent across every customer touchpoint.
- Make sure campaign ideas and creative outputs support the overall brand strategy and commercial goals.
- Maintain the content and campaign schedule, ensuring briefs are shared on time and assets are delivered as planned.
Digital marketing and performance
- Assist with paid media delivery on Meta and Google, with a working understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimisation.
- Design and improve marketing funnels to strengthen the customer journey and increase conversions.
- Review the e-commerce user experience and share practical UI/UX feedback using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Figma, and heatmaps.
CRM, email, and WhatsApp marketing
- Manage the email and WhatsApp communication calendar, including copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting on results.
- Apply CRM data to personalise campaigns and improve customer retention.
- Track and refine CRM automations and flows to support repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Events and brand activations
- Guide the internal event team in delivering the brand’s presence at events, pop-ups, and activations.
- Protect brand consistency across offline and experiential customer interactions.
Partnerships and collaborations
- Spot potential brand partnerships and manage collaborations that can increase awareness and support growth.
- Create co-marketing activities with suitable brands and communities.
Analytics and reporting
- Track channel performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Measure core metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and CRM engagement using platforms like Google Analytics and Metabase BI.
Professional requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field.
- 2 to 3 years of marketing experience with practical exposure to content, performance marketing, CRM, and campaign delivery.
- Background in running multi-channel marketing for a consumer, e-commerce, or F&B business.
- Strong creativity and an eye for compelling content and campaign concepts.
- Understanding of the full content production workflow, from briefing to publication.
- Experience in building and improving digital funnels across the customer journey.
- Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, and Metabase.
- Hands-on experience with email and WhatsApp CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Freshworks, or comparable tools.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including structure, targeting, and optimisation.
- Experience helping coordinate events, activations, or partnership campaigns.
- Exposure to UI/UX and tools such as Figma.
- Strong judgement for what performs well across channels and a genuine interest in marketing craft.
- Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Freshworks familiarity is preferred.
- Experience with social scheduling tools such as Later or similar is preferred.

Package and working details
The salary is AED 14,000 per month for the first 6 months and AED 16,000 per month thereafter. Additional benefits include medical coverage and annual airfare for self. The role is full-time and follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
