Position Overview
Seeking an energetic and imaginative Marketing Associate to advance marketing and communication efforts for portfolios in industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate sectors. This role is integral in implementing strategies to boost brand recognition, aid leasing and investment activities, and enhance market positioning. Ideal candidates are detail-focused, intrinsically driven, enjoy working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting, and have enthusiasm for real estate, brand narrative, and innovative marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refresh marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and property materials.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across both internal and external communication efforts.
- Oversee content for websites and commercial real estate listings, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Collaborate with external partners including designers, photographers, videographers, and web developers to carry out marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to public relations by tracking industry trends, media exposure, and enhancing brand visibility campaigns.
- Organize and manage events involving company stakeholders, brokers, tenants, and community, including sponsorships and promotional assets.
- Handle digital marketing resources, supervise vendor agreements and billing, and assist with special projects as they arise.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to support leasing, investments, and comprehensive business growth goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or comparable discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience; experience in commercial real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work from the office full-time, five days a week.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, methodologies, and digital marketing platforms.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite tools.

- Compensation: Up to $80,000 per year.
