Job Summary

We are seeking a Detailer to join our team in Kingsland, GA. This physically demanding role requires manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform a variety of vehicle detailing tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player focused on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle detailing, including washing exteriors with various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using appropriate cloths and machines.
• Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and interior surfaces.
• Use air compressors and cloths for drying and applying protective chemicals to surfaces.
• May apply dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric.
• Clean and degrease engines and engine compartments as needed.
• Maintain store facilities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of satisfaction through quality service, courteous staff, and prompt responses to inquiries and complaints.
• Drive and clean vehicles as part of the detailing process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet operational needs.

Working Conditions

• This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent movement such as bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and repeatedly entering/exiting vehicles.
• Work may be performed outdoors in various climate conditions.
• Involves moving numerous vehicles throughout the workday.
• Use of safe, OSHA-approved cleaning products like window cleaner, tar remover, and tire shine.
• Requires continuous flexing of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying of objects up to 50 lbs.
• Requires clear oral communication and good hearing and vision.
• Must be able to identify small imperfections in work, such as streaks or smudges.
• Ability to quality inspect own work and that of colleagues.
• Must work with a sense of urgency to value customer time.

Eligibility

Individuals with some experience (Detail Specialist 1) or 2+ years of experience (Detail Specialist 2) are encouraged to apply. Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Open to candidates who can work weekends and holidays as needed.
