Job description
Position purpose
The Designer, Creative Marketing is responsible for producing polished creative assets that help marketing plans come to life across multiple channels and formats. The role combines brand-focused thinking, visual communication, and strong design execution to develop compelling content that engages customers and supports brand strength.
Working within established brand standards, this designer partners with creative teammates, marketing stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, impactful work that supports business goals. As creative technology advances, the position also looks for ways to use newer tools and content-at-scale approaches to improve speed, consistency, and creative innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Work with creative colleagues and cross-functional partners to build unified campaigns that support marketing objectives.
- Create and deliver marketing materials for digital, print, and newer channels, turning strategy into visually strong, brand-aligned work that drives engagement.
- Handle several projects at once while maintaining accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery across platforms and production needs.
- Investigate and use emerging design technologies and automation tools to scale content, streamline workflows, and increase design efficiency.
Reporting, travel, physical, and working conditions
This role normally reports to the Manager, Creative and does not have any direct reports. Overnight travel is expected to be less than 5% of the time. The work is primarily sedentary, with most time spent seated and regular opportunities to move around; occasional light lifting or moving of items may be required. The job is based in a comfortable indoor environment where unpleasant conditions are rare and not disruptive.
Minimum qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional design experience, ideally in an in-house creative team or agency setting.
- Hands-on experience designing for digital, social, and print formats.
- Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Exposure to emerging creative and AI-assisted tools for ideation and content creation.
- Comfort using creative operations and asset management systems.
- Experience with photo sourcing, photo editing, and custom photography production.
- A portfolio showing contribution to digital campaigns, design assets, and content development.
- Exposure to motion and interactive design tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of digital design systems and UX design concepts is a plus.
Education and experience
The role generally requires knowledge and skills gained through completion of a bachelor’s degree program or an equivalent qualification in a field related to the position. No additional education is preferred. The expected work experience is 2 years minimum and 2 years preferred. No previous leadership experience is required or preferred. No certifications are required.
