Job description
Job purpose
This role is with Bajaj Finance Ltd. and is focused on supporting operational execution, coordination, and process control for the South region.
Key responsibilities
- Provide field support by resolving system-related issues and troubleshooting operational problems.
- Maintain governance standards and ensure tasks are completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).
- Handle monthly hold clearance activities.
- Analyse processes and share effective practices with the wider team.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure files are processed within the expected TAT.
- Keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner whenever there are changes in process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Risk, and Banking to close process gaps.
