Role overview
This is a senior demand generation leadership opportunity based in Ireland for a partner company. The hiring partner handles applications and all subsequent hiring steps. In this role, you will build and run programs that turn awareness into qualified pipeline, combining strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on campaign optimization. The position is designed for someone who can influence revenue growth, scale acquisition channels, and work closely with commercial teams in a fast-moving international setting.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of the full demand generation strategy across paid and organic channels, making sure it supports broader growth goals.
- Plan, launch, refine, and report on campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other demand generation platforms.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of marketing specialists while guiding performance and development.
- Explore and validate new acquisition paths, growth opportunities, and demand creation approaches to expand pipeline.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other teams to improve lead quality, conversion performance, and customer acquisition results.
- Manage a significant marketing budget and allocate spend in a way that maximizes efficiency and return on investment.
- Review campaign results, customer trends, and funnel data to produce practical insights and strategic guidance.
- Share performance updates, forecasts, and growth ideas with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
- Continuously test new messaging, audience targeting, creative concepts, and channel tactics to improve scale and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize demand generation programs that produce measurable growth.
- Background in leading marketing teams, with the ability to balance leadership responsibilities and direct execution.
- Strong expertise in paid media, especially Google Ads, along with familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta, content marketing, events, and regional targeting.
- Highly analytical approach with the ability to interpret complex metrics and turn them into business actions.
- Experience handling substantial marketing budgets and improving performance across multiple channels.
- Good understanding of marketing technology, attribution, funnel analysis, and performance marketing practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-driven, international environment.
