Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner employer that handles all applications and subsequent steps. The hiring company is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst in Australia.

The role is central to marketing performance and revenue operations, with responsibility for making sure leads, campaigns, and conversions are tracked, measured, and improved throughout the funnel.

You will help build and maintain the systems that connect marketing activity with revenue results, including attribution, lifecycle tracking, and automation processes.

Working across RevOps, Marketing, and Sales, you will support clean and consistent data across platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, and CRM tools.

This position blends strong analytical thinking with practical execution, especially in tracking setup, lead operations, and campaign analysis.

You will also contribute to improving how marketing performance is reported, interpreted, and used for decision-making across the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning both the technical and analytical sides of marketing systems and wants exposure to revenue operations in a fast-moving SaaS setting.

Key accountabilities

  • Take ownership of marketing analytics and tracking setup, including GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and paid media pixels, to ensure conversions and user behavior are captured correctly.
  • Create, update, and improve dashboards that show funnel performance, campaign ROI, SEO contribution, and paid acquisition efficiency.
  • Handle HubSpot operations such as workflow creation, lead routing, segmentation, scoring, and lifecycle automation across the revenue process.
  • Maintain lead data quality through enrichment, validation, list maintenance, and syncing across tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Support attribution modelling across first-touch, last-touch, and linear approaches, and complete manual attribution checks when required to keep revenue reporting accurate.
  • Set up and run A/B tests, including event tracking, data layer configuration, and review of experiment outcomes.
  • Track website and funnel health, spot unusual patterns or traffic issues, and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or RevOps within a SaaS or digital business environment.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using HubSpot for workflows, automation, lead handling, and segmentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Clear understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel, including MQL, SQL, opportunity, and revenue stages, as well as lifecycle management.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation methods.
  • Working knowledge of SEO analytics and performance evaluation.
  • Advanced English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Availability to work in alignment with US time zones, either Eastern or Pacific.

Benefits

  • Remote-first setup with flexibility.
  • 20 days of paid time off each year, plus US public holidays.
  • Professional development reimbursement to support learning and upskilling.
  • Exposure to a fast-growing SaaS environment with strong product-market fit.
  • Close collaboration with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • Direct ownership of important marketing systems and revenue data infrastructure.
