Delivery and Installation Specialist

This position is part of Aaron’s store-based delivery team. The work is active and varied: you will spend time indoors and outdoors, drive a delivery vehicle, install products, show customers how to use their merchandise, and help move and pick up items as needed. The role is designed for someone who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and safeguard merchandise for delivery.
• Deliver items to customers, then unload, install, and demonstrate how to use them.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Support the store team with moving, installing, and collecting merchandise when needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication abilities.
• Basic familiarity with electronics.
• A customer-first attitude and willingness to help people.
• Age 21 or older in the U.S. (18 in Canada).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must satisfy U.S. DOT certification requirements.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is not required.
• No overnight travel.

Compensation and benefits

The posted pay range for this position is $13.75 to $14.00 per hour. Aaron’s notes that actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, shift, travel needs, sales or revenue metrics, collective bargaining agreements, and business needs.
