The role is centered on precise execution of daily asset lifecycle activities. It involves ownership of task-level work across receiving, inventory control, asset tracking, break-fix parts support, and decommissioning. The position also requires working within defined workflows and systems, escalating issues when needed, and building practical knowledge of data center operations, asset controls, and compliance.
Responsibilities

- Complete work accurately and on time in line with SOPs and control requirements.
- Keep system records and supporting documentation accurate and consistent.
- Use established processes for handling assets, tracking them, and managing state changes.
- Help maintain audit readiness by preserving complete and correct records.
- Spot mismatches or problems and raise them quickly with the right context.
- Work with site teams, logistics providers, and vendors to finish assigned work.
- Answer requests from Operations, Engineering, and Asset Managers within agreed SLAs.
- Take part in site activities such as inventory counts, audits, and hardware moves.
- Support reliability and financial accuracy through repeatable asset operations.
- Contribute to stronger inventory accuracy, better audit outcomes, and improved operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistent execution.
Requirements
- A BA/BS degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, asset management, inventory control, or a similar technical/operational role.
- At least 1 year of experience using operational systems and documentation tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Excel spreadsheets.
- Preferred exposure to data center, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with asset management platforms, CMDBs, or inventory systems is preferred.
- Previous work with vendors or managed service partners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow defined procedures.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced operational setting.
