Job description

The Role

In this position, you will serve as the main contact for customers and help ensure they receive timely, high-quality assistance. The role focuses on handling customer communication, resolving concerns, and supporting a positive service experience.

  • Answer customer questions and requests through phone, email, and chat
  • Work through customer complaints and issues in an efficient manner
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Coordinate with other teams to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Review customer feedback to spot patterns and help improve service quality
