InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the initial contact for customers. In this role, you will deliver prompt, courteous assistance, handle questions and concerns, and work to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and requests through phone, email, and chat.
- Address complaints and work toward practical, appropriate resolutions.
- Keep accurate documentation of all customer conversations and case details.
- Work closely with internal teammates to strengthen service quality.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer service policies and processes.
Ideal profile
The preferred candidate brings a balance of technical know-how and interpersonal strengths to manage customer conversations effectively.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; additional education is beneficial.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability skills.
