Role overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the main contact for customers. In this role, you will deliver prompt, helpful support, handle questions and concerns, and work to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions and requests by phone, email, and chat.
  • Work through complaints and recommend suitable resolutions.
  • Keep accurate and detailed logs of customer conversations and cases.
  • Work closely with teammates to strengthen service quality and response times.
  • Contribute to updates and improvements in customer service processes, policies, and procedures.

Candidate profile

We are seeking someone who combines strong interpersonal abilities with practical technical knowledge to manage customer interactions effectively.

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; additional education is an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability.
