Role Overview
This position is for a Customer Support Associate handling an international email-based backend process in Kolkata.
Compensation
The offered CTC is INR 28,000 to INR 32,000 per month, which comes to an annual package of INR 300,000 to INR 384,000.
Experience & Communication Requirements
Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer support experience and strong written English skills for handling email correspondence professionally.
