Job description

Role overview

This opportunity sits within a fast-paced support team where you will be the first person customers speak to when they need help. The role is centered on handling incoming phone enquiries, keeping customer information accurate, and providing calm, helpful service throughout each interaction.

Key duties

  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries relating to repairs, account matters, appointment scheduling, and general assistance.
  • Work across several systems to refresh customer records and carry out administrative tasks with care and accuracy.
  • Provide service that is efficient, organised, and focused on the customer experience.

What you need to bring

  • Some background in customer service or a contact centre, preferably in a structured workplace.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving ability, along with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfort using computers, entering data accurately, and switching between multiple systems.

Pay and employment details

The role offers NZD 30 per hour, with payment made weekly. It is a long-term assignment and comes with stable full-time hours. The work is based onsite in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.
