Role overview
This position offers the chance to work with Adobe’s Creativity and Productivity portfolio while partnering with a high-performing team to help customers get more value from the products. The focus is on improving customer outcomes, strengthening relationships, and contributing to growth through collaboration and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Adobe’s Creativity and Productivity offerings and guide customer conversations around value delivery.
- Establish and nurture value-driven relationships with both new and current North American SMB customers.
- Increase revenue through upsell and cross-sell activities by spotting high-propensity accounts and reaching out by phone and email.
- Work through Marketing Qualified Leads within the required SLA to support revenue growth.
- Study customer agreements and buying patterns to uncover expansion possibilities.
- Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Partner with Solution Specialists to grow adoption across Adobe solution streams.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve Creative Cloud subscription-related issues.
What it takes to succeed
- Experience handling a substantial SMB customer portfolio.
- At least 3 years in a comparable customer success or sales-oriented role, with SaaS selling experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort with technology and confidence in leading customer conversations focused on value.
- Quick learning mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- Well-developed organizational habits, consistent follow-through, and clear documentation skills.
- International sales exposure.
