Opportunity Overview
Take charge of Adobe's worldwide in-house Social & Programmatic media buying for the EMEA region! This position leads the regional team managing paid social, organic social, and programmatic advertising to enhance overall funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, and LinkedIn, including building, optimizing, and resolving campaign issues.
- Translate global marketing strategies into region-specific plans accommodating market and platform variations.
- Oversee the entire campaign process: from planning and setting up through quality assurance, launching, optimizing, to reporting results.
- Maintain strict operational standards for tagging, tracking, pacing, and delivery control.
- Track campaign performance and advise on adjustments related to targeting, creative content, bidding, and placement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Programmatic groups to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Utilize automation technologies and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and enhance campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Between 4 to 6+ years of direct experience managing paid social media campaigns on major platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end campaigns with a focus on achieving specific performance metrics.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of regional market differences and target audience behavior in EMEA.
- Knowledge of programmatic buying processes or experience with demand-side platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social platform automation tools like Smartly.IO, Sprinklr, or other AI-driven performance solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable marketing adjustments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
