Job description
Role overview
Singapore Airlines is seeking a Customer Services Agent for its Traffic Office at Munich Airport. This is a fixed-term position lasting up to 12 months and falls under the customer service and ticketing category.
Main duties
- Support passenger processing and flight-side operations for arrivals and departures.
- Oversee and track activities before departure, during boarding, and after arrival.
- Guide passengers through customs, immigration, and other arrival or departure formalities.
- Observe and coordinate handling agents in the arrival, departure, and boarding zones.
- Check invoices against contractual terms and supplier agreements.
- Compile statistical documentation and assist with administrative and operational work, including baggage coordination and replies to customer concerns.
- Manage lost-and-found requests and operational email communication.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an airline environment or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written German and English communication skills are needed.
- Must be available for shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is required.
