This part-time Guest Service Agent position is based at Radisson Blu Toronto Airport in Toronto, Ontario. What you will do
- Provide a consistently welcoming, courteous, and professional experience for guests and colleagues.
- Manage arrivals and departures at the front desk while following hotel cash and credit procedures.
- Accurately create, update, and cancel guest reservations when needed.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Address guest issues and complaints quickly to support guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Oversee front desk activities such as telephones, daily rates, and logbooks.
- Review emails and daily logs, and complete shift checklists and assigned tasks.
- Prepare and reconcile shift paperwork according to hotel standards.
- Assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, directions, and on-property events.
