About Pizza Pilgrims
Pizza Pilgrims began when Thom and James took a Piaggio Ape Tuk Tuk from Sicily to London on a pizza journey to uncover the secrets of great Italian pizza. They first launched a market stall in Soho, cooking from an oven fitted into the back of a van, and later opened their first proper pizzeria on Dean Street.
Today, the business operates more than 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK. It also runs its own Pizza Academy with daily training workshops and is proud to be a B Corp. The team uses premium ingredients from Naples, including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, and salsiccia e friarielle, to make authentic Neapolitan pizza every day.

Role overview
As a waiter/waitress, you will help create memorable dining experiences and a lively pizzeria atmosphere so guests leave happy, well fed, and eager to return. Your day-to-day work will include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving pizzas, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Compensation and progression
The role pays £12.71 per hour plus tronc. The company is also expanding, with 4 new pizzerias opening this year and next, creating strong opportunities for development and progression.
Holiday and long-service benefits
Full-time team members receive 28 days of holiday as standard. For every year worked, you earn one extra day of leave, up to 5 years. After completing 5 years, you also receive a paid 4-week sabbatical in addition to 33 days of holiday.
