Role Overview
Customer care sits at the heart of the business, and this position plays a key role in keeping the customer experience consistently excellent. The company is hiring both Customer Care Associates and Senior Customer Care Associates, so it is open to people building their service careers as well as more experienced professionals ready for greater responsibility.
Training Requirement
A three-week training programme will take place in London, and attendance is mandatory. Travel and accommodation for this training will be covered.
Key Duties
The role includes handling a high volume of customer interactions each day, resolving issues promptly, supporting complaints with suitable solutions, and coordinating with dry cleaners and drivers to maintain smooth service delivery. The work also calls for sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to manage service challenges effectively.
Requirements
Applicants should bring at least two years of prior customer care experience, along with strong attention to detail, good organisation, punctuality, teamwork, honesty, professionalism, and a willingness to work hard. You should be comfortable dealing with 50 or more calls per day and confident in troubleshooting problems as they arise.
