Role Overview
Join Snoonu in Lusail, Qatar as the CRM & Growth Architect Lead, where you will guide the technical direction of the CRM martech environment. In this position, you will focus on making the platform more scalable, enabling deeper personalization, and strengthening data governance across lifecycle marketing programs. You will be the go-to specialist for Braze and will coordinate closely with CRM, Product, BI, and Engineering to ensure the systems behind customer engagement are reliable, connected, and built for growth.

Martech Ownership and System Architecture
- Take full responsibility for the CRM martech stack, with a focus on scalability, compliance, and adoption of advanced capabilities across all business verticals.
- Act as the in-house Braze specialist, handling platform setup, data structure design, SDK implementation, and API-based integrations.
- Oversee how custom attributes, events, and tags are defined and governed so they remain consistent, reliable, and useful over time.
- Work with Data Engineering and BI teams to support live data flows, review Looker blocks, and improve the usability of downstream data.
- Administer real-time personalization through Connected Content and third-party data connections.
- Be the main technical contact for Braze support when issues need escalation or tickets need resolution.
Campaign Development and Personalization
- Build and maintain lifecycle frameworks that support onboarding, reactivation, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Create reusable campaign assets for email, in-app messages, and content cards using HTML, CSS, and Liquid to speed up delivery while maintaining quality.
- Drive testing and rollout of advanced Braze capabilities such as Content Cards, AI Catalog, Personalization Paths, and Intelligent Timing.
- Support audience targeting through predictive segmentation, dynamic logic, and one-to-one content personalized with Liquid and behavioral triggers.
Data Governance and Measurement
- Track the accuracy and completeness of CRM data, including custom events, attributes, tags, and conversion measurement.
- Build and apply forecasting approaches to assess channel influence and quantify the incremental impact of CRM efforts.
- Support consent handling, opt-in processes, and privacy compliance across Push, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and In-App channels.
- Provide the structural foundation that allows CRM, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to operate efficiently at scale.
Collaboration and Team Enablement
- Offer second-level assistance for complex flow issues, dynamic content troubleshooting, and deliverability challenges.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data stakeholders to rank CRM technical debt and shape scalable solutions.
- Coach junior CRM and Automation Specialists, lead onboarding for new martech tools, and keep internal documentation current.
- Support initiatives that strengthen channel performance, customer experience, and marketing speed.
Candidate Profile
You should bring at least 4 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, including 2 or more years in martech-focused roles. Strong practical knowledge of Braze is essential, particularly across Canvases, Content Cards, Currents, SDKs, Connected Content, and advanced segmentation. You must also be comfortable working with HTML, CSS, Liquid, SQL, REST APIs, ETLs, and SDK event mapping.
Experience with warehouse-led CRM environments such as BigQuery or Snowflake, along with BI platforms like Looker, is important. The role also requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, familiarity with personalization and recommendation systems, and a background in marketing data architecture and streaming data environments.
