Regional Recruiter

About the role

Chipotle is looking for a Regional Recruiter to strengthen hiring support for restaurant leadership across the region. The role focuses on finding and assessing talent, guiding hiring decisions, and coaching leaders on effective recruiting practices. You will oversee Restaurant Manager searches, coordinate internal interviews for regional leadership roles, and help solve recruiting challenges by spotting trends and putting practical solutions in place. A solid understanding of company policies, employment law, and related regulations is important, along with the ability to serve as a trusted recruiting partner for the region.

What you'll do

• Source, screen, and advise on candidates for Restaurant Manager and field leadership positions in a creative and effective way.
• Coordinate the internal interview flow for regional leadership openings.
• Build regional hiring plans with senior field leaders by reviewing trends and reporting insights.
• Support hourly hiring efforts across the region by improving restaurant-level recruitment strategies, closing staffing gaps, and helping drive applicant flow.
• Coach leaders on staffing, interviewing, and creating a strong candidate experience.
• Act as an advocate for the brand and employees while helping teams adapt and improve.
• Work with HR business partners, support teams, and centers of expertise to deploy location-specific recruiting approaches that meet current and future needs.
• Execute recruiting programs and processes across the region.
• Stay closely connected to the business to support succession planning and talent continuity.

What we're looking for

A successful candidate will bring recruiting experience, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently while building relationships with business leaders. You should be comfortable identifying problems, designing solutions, and partnering with teams across locations and functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is preferred, ideally in multi-unit restaurant or retail settings.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to build trust and influence leaders through clear and effective communication.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage both short- and long-term work using sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate autonomously in complex or uncertain situations.
• Proven ability to drive change and collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.

Compensation and benefits

The estimated base pay range for this role is $63,000 to $85,500 per year. In addition, the position is eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors. The total rewards package also includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, sick leave, vacation time, and additional benefits.
