About the role
4creatives is looking for a Creative Strategist to join its fully remote creative agency and develop high-performing ad concepts for e-commerce brands. The role focuses on producing direct response creatives for clients in a variety of niches, with the goal of creating ads that actually convert rather than generic, interchangeable content.
You will work with different brands every day, learn across multiple markets, and have the flexibility to organize your own time while working 100% remotely.
What you'll do
- Research audiences in depth to understand what motivates them and turn those insights into ad angles that perform well.
- Plan testing frameworks and decide which formats, hooks, and offers should be tried, such as fake podcast, UGC, or meme-style concepts.
- Write direct response scripts for TikTok and Meta ads designed to drive clicks and revenue, not just attention.
- Collaborate with editors, review their cuts, and guide the final ad output so it matches the intended concept.
- Review campaign performance, identify what works, and scale successful ideas further.
- Monitor emerging trends and formats and bring in fresh concepts that can make a difference.
What we're looking for
- About 1 to 2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta and TikTok ads, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment; strong portfolio talent may also be considered.
- Solid direct response copywriting ability, with the skill to write scripts that sell.
- A balance of creativity and performance focus, with an interest in experimenting while keeping ROI in mind.
- Strong self-management, initiative, and the drive to work independently and keep improving.
- Good teamwork, a sense of humor, and a collaborative mindset with a performance-oriented approach.
