Role overview
Meta is looking for a Creative Strategist to join the APAC Creative Shop team in Singapore. This role blends creative thinking, strategy, data, and AI to shape marketing approaches that improve performance, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth across Meta’s platform ecosystem.
You will help develop AI-enabled creative strategies, use LLMs and Meta AI to uncover insights and spark ideas, and turn those ideas into content and campaigns that connect with audiences. The team focuses on building systems of ideas that can power auction outcomes and support Meta’s discovery engine, rather than simply creating individual campaigns.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex marketing problems, working across functions, and applying new technologies to improve creative work at scale.
What you will do
- Define the creative direction and build strategic plans around the biggest business opportunities for both clients and Meta.
- Develop trusted relationships and influence client-side teams across sales, creative, and agency partners to support success with large-scale companies.
- Create ideas and solutions that motivate clients, shape decisions, and lead to action.
- Use data, metrics, and insights to identify creative barriers, monitor progress, and create durable long-term improvements.
- Bring together multiple internal teams, align differing objectives, and help drive collaborative outcomes.
- Quickly learn and apply new product experiences as Meta’s technology evolves.
- Identify client creative challenges and build, roll out, and scale effective solutions.
What you need
- At least 7 years of creative experience in brand or performance marketing and advertising, gained in creative teams or through non-traditional content creation.
- Proven ability to identify, scope, and implement business-focused solutions, including work involving short-form video and creator marketing across multiple industries.
- Strong experience developing creative ideas for paid social media, supported by a portfolio of social media campaigns.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level clients and agencies.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and solutions for marketing and advertising.
- Practical experience creating persuasive presentations, mockups, and videos.
Preferred background
- Continuous development in AI skills such as prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk review, bias reduction, and quality and accuracy checks.
- Comfort working with data dashboards to pull out useful insights.
- Experience in marketing and business within APAC markets.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve workflows and achieve measurable gains in speed or quality.
- Understanding of measurement and openness to learning new tools.
