Role overview

This is a high-impact creative production position focused on performance marketing, narrative development, and scalable content output. Based in the United Kingdom and working remotely, you will help build and deliver strong ad creatives for major paid platforms such as Meta and Google within a fast-moving mobile app setting.

You will collaborate with user acquisition, creative strategy, design, and AI-enabled teams to turn performance data into effective visual ideas that support growth and engagement. The role blends creative leadership with operational discipline, requiring you to keep production running smoothly while protecting quality. You will also support a multidisciplinary design group, improve workflows, and keep testing new creative variations to strengthen results. This is a chance to shape creative work that reaches millions of users in a highly dynamic, performance-led environment.

Core responsibilities

  • Own the full creative production cycle, from brief intake and concept shaping to final delivery of static and video assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Set creative direction in partnership with user acquisition managers, creative strategists, and AI-focused teams so the output matches performance objectives and product positioning.
  • Lead and develop motion and graphic designers, helping the team produce large volumes of high-quality work within sprint-based production rhythms.
  • Coordinate production workflows, including briefs, feedback handling, timelines, and quality checks across several campaigns at once.
  • Work closely with user acquisition teams to build, run, and assess creative testing plans, using metrics such as ROAS and engagement to guide improvements.
  • Strengthen creative operations by expanding experimentation processes and refining workflows for faster iteration and testing.
  • Align with marketing, UA, and platform stakeholders to ensure assets are tailored to each channel’s requirements and audience behavior.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in performance marketing, mobile apps, or rapidly scaling digital products.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing creative teams, with a track record of increasing output while preserving quality and performance standards.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media environments, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads formats, practices, and performance behavior.
  • Experience creating both video and static ad content for user acquisition campaigns, ideally in iterative and structured production setups.
  • Motion design or hands-on creative development experience is an advantage, along with the ability to improve concepts and guide delivery.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to read performance data and convert insights into creative changes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and using them within creative workflows and production systems.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or health-tech creative strategy is a plus.
