About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Freelancer with a passion for social media, particularly in creating static and video advertisements for e-commerce brands. If you excel at crafting engaging hooks, scroll-stopping content, and conversion-focused ads, this role is for you. You will be responsible for producing creative assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate static and video creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ads tailored for our e-commerce clientele.
- Produce final, ad-ready static creatives, including feed, story, and reel cover formats.
- Edit and assemble video content, incorporating subtitles, sound design, and motion graphics using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Execute creative briefs or contribute original creative concepts, hooks, and formats.
- Develop multiple variations for A/B testing based on provided briefs, leveraging AI tools for faster asset production and scaling.
- Collaborate closely with our paid media team and receive ongoing performance feedback on your creative assets.
What You Bring
- A strong affinity and enthusiasm for social media advertising, especially on Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop for static creative development.
- Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI tools for creative generation (e.g., Higgsfield, Kive) and integrating new tools into your workflow.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, sounds, formats, and hooks on Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to translate them into high-performing ad creatives.
- An understanding of performance metrics like hook rate, thumb-stop rate, and CTR, and the ability to consider these during asset creation.
- Ideally, prior experience with product photography and videography for e-commerce brands (e.g., Shopify or Amazon brands).
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and adhere to briefs and deadlines with high-quality standards.
- Fluent German communication skills, both written and spoken.
- An established business registration enabling you to issue invoices.
