About Grove Collaborative
Grove Collaborative is a mission-driven consumer goods company focused on home and personal care products that are effective, thoughtfully designed, and better for people and the planet. The company is a certified B Corp, plastic-neutral, and aims to help reshape the consumer packaged goods industry for the better.
Role overview
This is a temporary, hourly remote position reporting to the Creative Director. The role supports the operational side of creative and marketing work so campaigns and assets move forward smoothly and on time. It is a foundational position suited to someone earlier in their career who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving, purpose-led work and is excited to help improve how the team uses AI and automation.
The assignment has the possibility of becoming longer term if the role proves valuable.
What you will do
- Help manage creative and marketing workflows from intake through delivery, including request tracking, timeline coordination, prioritization, and upkeep of project trackers and documentation.
- Coordinate across teams such as Creative, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, UX/Digital Product, Merch, Sustainability, and Owned Brand to keep communication clear and deliverables on track.
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools by improving input standards and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work.
- Assist with paid creative execution through asset tracking, delivery timing, and briefing and feedback cycles that support growth-channel output.
- Provide production support as needed, including vendor coordination, purchase orders, contracts, photoshoot logistics, and budget tracking under the Creative Director’s guidance.
What makes a strong fit
- 2 to 4 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or project management.
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle several workstreams without missing important details.
- Comfort using AI tools and a real interest in applying them to improve speed and quality.
- Clear, proactive communication that helps stakeholders stay aligned in advance.
- Ease working within established processes, plus judgment to point out when a process is slowing the team down.
Preferred background
- Exposure to paid creative work or performance marketing environments.
- Experience assisting with vendors, budgets, or production workflows.
- Familiarity with high-volume asset production.
- Experience with tools such as Airtable and Claude.
Compensation and employment details
This is a temporary full-time, non-exempt role. The pay range is $40 to $45 per hour. The position does not include an annual incentive target or equity.
The role is remote for candidates based in California, Maine, Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Illinois, New York, Missouri, and Massachusetts.
