Assignment details
The engagement is W2 only and runs for 6 months. The role is onsite in Plantation, FL, and the pay range is $40 to $50 per hour.
What you will do
You will own the recruiting process for assigned roles and help create a strong candidate pipeline for both immediate and future openings. A key part of the job is advising hiring managers and business leaders on recruiting approaches and market conditions, while also delivering a smooth and responsive candidate experience.
You will also support campus and diversity-focused recruiting efforts, take part in recruiting events and networking activities, and help move candidates through debriefs, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. In addition, you will keep candidate information accurate in Greenhouse ATS, monitor recruiting metrics, and share regular hiring updates with business partners.

Additional value is given to candidates who have recruited for veterinary, veterinary technician, healthcare, or related positions. Experience with diversity recruiting, multi-time-zone hiring support across the U.S., agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, campus recruiting, analytics, reporting, or workforce planning is also helpful.
