Role Overview
The company is looking for an accomplished Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape, run, and improve compensation and benefits programs. This role involves developing reward strategies, studying market trends, ensuring policy and legal compliance, and working closely with leadership to deliver competitive total rewards solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee compensation and benefits plans that support company goals and reflect market standards.
- Build, update, and manage salary bands, pay structures, and incentive schemes.
- Carry out compensation surveys and benchmarking studies to keep pay practices competitive.
- Administer benefits offerings such as medical insurance, allowances, retirement plans, and related reward programs.
- Review compensation data, trends, and workforce metrics to produce actionable recommendations.
- Work with HR and leadership on pay reviews, promotion decisions, and reward-related approvals.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal compensation governance.
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for senior management.
- Assist with yearly compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Assess and refine reward programs to improve engagement and retention.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, or a similar area.
- Preferably 2 or more years of direct experience handling compensation programs or broader HR initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and reward strategy.
- Hands-on experience with benchmarking, market studies, and compensation modeling.
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to interpret workforce and financial information.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll tools, and compensation platforms is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong confidentiality, and effective problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
