Job description

Role overview

In this position, you will drive PepsiCo’s partnerships and social impact agenda across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The role centers on cultivating external relationships, shaping meaningful programs, and finding opportunities that deepen PepsiCo’s ties with communities, partners, and other important stakeholders.

You will work in close partnership with Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, and other internal teams to help translate ideas into active programs and partnerships, while also supporting PepsiCo’s reputation and purpose-led priorities across the region.

Partnerships and stakeholder engagement

  • Develop and sustain relationships with nonprofit groups, academic institutions, industry platforms, innovation and cultural bodies, and community partners across the region.
  • Spot partnership opportunities that align with business priorities, reputation objectives, and social impact goals.
  • Create and roll out partnership plans with strong coordination and follow-through.
  • Partner with Public Policy and Government Affairs teams when initiatives involve government, semi-government, or public-sector bodies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and outside partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Keep an updated record of current and prospective partners, including milestones, commitments, and performance tracking.

Social impact programs

  • Design and implement social impact initiatives throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of key programs focused on youth development, entrepreneurship, education, innovation, community development, food security, and sustainable agriculture.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, reporting, partner coordination, results measurement, and program governance.
  • Look for ways to improve existing programs and launch new efforts that create real value for communities.
  • Set success measures for partnerships and impact programs, and help monitor and report outcomes.
  • Track budgets and expenditures to ensure initiatives follow PepsiCo policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee volunteering and community engagement activities connected to the company’s social impact priorities.

Platforms, events, and engagement opportunities

  • Identify regional platforms, events, and initiatives where PepsiCo can participate in ways that match its strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build activations, partnerships, and engagement opportunities around major programs.
  • Help plan and deliver partnership events, launches, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Keep up with developments in innovation, youth, sustainability, sports, culture, and community development to surface relevant opportunities.

Communications and storytelling

  • Work with Communications teams to identify stories, content ideas, and engagement moments tied to partnerships and social impact activity.
  • Contribute ideas for initiatives, campaigns, and collaborations that can strengthen PepsiCo’s reputation and visibility in the region.
  • Support the creation of program narratives, impact stories, case studies, and content that highlight PepsiCo’s community contribution.
  • Collect program results, beneficiary stories, and partner testimonials for use in internal and external communication channels.
  • Help identify awards, recognition opportunities, and external platforms that fit PepsiCo’s priorities and programs.

Qualifications and experience

This role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Affairs, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related discipline, along with 7 to 9 years of experience in partnerships, communications, corporate affairs, social impact, stakeholder engagement, or similar areas.

Experience working with nonprofits, education institutions, industry platforms, cultural organizations, community groups, or comparable partners is important. A strong grasp of the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia and the GCC, is required.

You should bring strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities, excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, and experience handling projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Strong organization, attention to detail, and willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed are also essential.

Preferred competencies

  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities and convert ideas into practical programs.
  • Comfort working across functions, markets, and stakeholder groups.
  • Creative thinking paired with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Genuine interest in community impact, partnerships, and purpose-driven work.
