The position is designed for someone who wants to sharpen storytelling abilities while contributing to content work across 22 Asia-Pacific markets. You will gain practical exposure to content development, brand and corporate communications, digital channels, and the wider Corporate Affairs function in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop engaging material for both internal and external audiences, including social posts and visual creatives that reflect the company’s voice and values.
  • Work with regional stakeholders across Asia Pacific to identify and highlight meaningful stories for regional channels.
  • Manage and help expand the presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Workplace, keeping messaging aligned with regional and global communication priorities.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar using a range of multimedia formats to keep audiences interested and informed.
  • Write crisp, clear, and persuasive copy for digital platforms while preserving a consistent brand tone.
  • Support communication campaigns and engagement activities for the regional office, including awareness initiatives that strengthen workplace connection and information sharing.
  • Gain exposure to public affairs and sustainability work as part of a multidisciplinary Corporate Affairs team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural storyteller who can turn ideas into engaging content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate brand messages effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and an interest in visuals, plus basic familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Illustrator, or Filmora.
  • An analytical mindset and curiosity for data-informed content planning.
  • Someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a diverse, international environment.
  • Currently studying for or recently completed a diploma or degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Excellent English writing and editing ability.
  • Experience using CMS tools and social media platforms would be an advantage.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
  • Open to a credit-bearing internship arrangement.
