Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative onboarding for new government contracts, setting up projects, documentation, and internal systems efficiently
- Maintain accurate contract data in Unanet, including projects, labor categories, assignments, funding, option years, and status updates
- Track contract budget usage, funding, and burn rates to assist operational planning and reporting
- Keep organized contract files, modifications, option exercises, and closeout documents in SharePoint and related repositories
- Manage lifecycle of subcontract and teaming agreements collaborating with stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing contract compliance during the performance period
- Coordinate Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) tasks with leadership
- Monitor contract milestones, option periods, compliance needs, and renewal deadlines, communicating proactively
- Support Facility Security Officer (FSO) activities including personnel security, clearance processing, reinvestigations, and annual training
- Administer personnel security tasks aligned with government regulations
- Assist with ISO compliance efforts by maintaining records, supporting audits, and encouraging quality management adherence
- Coordinate Certificates of Insurance and other compliance documentation for customers, partners, and subcontractors
- Maintain and update the company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library, drafting policies and procedures
- Collaborate closely with Director of Client Success and cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements for documentation and workflows
- Perform additional responsibilities supporting company growth and operations
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience in government contracting, contract administration, compliance, or related roles preferred
- Experience in federal contract lifecycle support
- Proficiency with contract management or ERP systems, ideally Unanet
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management platforms
- Strong understanding of federal contracting concepts like modifications, option periods, and subcontract management
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with great attention to detail
- Preferably, knowledge of National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Facility Security Officer duties, personnel security clearance, reinvestigations, and ISO quality management
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
