Overview

Swan Global is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee the comprehensive management and execution of a government contract based in Doha, Qatar. This long-term contract role requires acting as the main liaison with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), focusing on ensuring strict adherence to contract obligations while overseeing personnel, operational processes, safety, quality, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete execution and operational performance of the government contract.
  • Act as the principal communication link between the Government KO and COR.
  • Manage and supervise all contract-related staff, ensuring efficient workforce deployment.
  • Guarantee full compliance with all contract terms, organizational policies, and regulatory procedures.
  • Handle staffing plans, quality assurance measures, safety protocols, and operational metrics.
  • Track contract deliverables, deadlines, and performance indicators.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the contract team to maintain exceptional service standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing U.S. Government or military contracts.
  • Background in contract management, operations, logistics, warehouse, or facility management.
  • Proven ability in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Skilled in contract administration and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Expertise in workforce planning and team supervision.
  • Competent in reporting, quality control, and safety management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, as this is mandatory for the role.
