Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer with 4 to 6 years of experience specifically in the Hospitality or Food & Beverage sectors. This role involves managing all recruitment stages, organizing employee induction and orientation, and ensuring newcomers integrate smoothly into the company. Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement are essential.
Key Duties
- Handle all phases of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Organize and facilitate induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and recruitment goals.
- Create job postings and publish them on suitable hiring platforms.
- Arrange interview schedules, perform preliminary candidate evaluations, and manage hiring workflows.
- Maintain recruitment documentation, candidate records, and onboarding paperwork.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and legal employment standards.
- Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for present and upcoming recruitment demands.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment-related events when needed.
- Compile recruitment statistics and regularly update management on hiring progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience within Hospitality or Food & Beverage industries is required.
- Proven experience in conducting employee induction and orientation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and onboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
