  • Convert advanced analytical insights and reports into practical recommendations that influence compensation strategy and business decisions.
  • Build and maintain detailed Excel and other analytical models to evaluate the organizational and financial outcomes of potential compensation changes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of pilot projects, test initiatives, compensation policies, and new programs to assess their effectiveness and alignment with evolving talent needs.

  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similarly related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related fields involving complex data analysis.
  • Proven ability to advise leadership and HR partners on pay decisions, compensation structures, and market positioning preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems such as Oracle HCM is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required; proficiency with Microsoft Access, VBA, Power BI, or equivalent analytics tools is desirable.
  • Strong aptitude for simplifying complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and presentation abilities, with a commitment to transparent and ongoing dialogue.
