Commercial Asset Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial properties for clients professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver expert advisory services to clients regarding their real estate assets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand and enhance client portfolios.
• Develop and monitor budgets, providing timely financial reports to clients.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain superior presentation standards.
• Direct capital project management on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and requirements.
• Interpret commercial leases and offer assistance accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Elders team to help clients explore innovative business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within the property industry is preferred.
• Possession of a Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain one shortly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills, including effective time management.
• A collaborative team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, and customer focused.
• Basic proficiency in financial and analytical concepts.
• Innovative mindset with an aptitude for technology use.
• A current valid Driver's Licence.
