This position is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel By Tivoli in Doha, Qatar.

What the role involves

• Stay ahead of guest needs and respond to enquiries with care, efficiency and a service-minded approach.
• Build a solid understanding of the hotel offering, including room categories, pricing, key features, facilities, dining venues, spa offers and other properties.
• Take ownership of the quality of guest service and the attitude shown in every interaction, ensuring consistently high standards.
• Handle guest satisfaction issues proactively and make sure follow-up actions are completed promptly.
• Offer practical alternatives and fresh ideas that help meet guest requirements.
• Work closely with all hotel departments and maintain strong, cooperative internal relationships.
• Participate in hotel events, daily handovers and training sessions to keep developing professional capability.

Candidate profile

Applicants should have a strong customer-service mindset, good communication ability and a genuine hospitality orientation. Prior exposure to front office operations in a hotel is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with property management systems is preferred.
