Assistant Outlet Manager

Role Overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. What You Will Do

You will help lead the resort’s food and beverage function so that guest satisfaction, team performance, and commercial outcomes are all improved. The role focuses on delivering a consistently high standard of service, maintaining hygiene and safety, and making sure every product served meets brand and F&B quality expectations.

You will also contribute to building a strong, cooperative team culture, support day-to-day people management, and encourage staff to solve problems proactively through good training, guidance, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Support the resort’s overall food and beverage operations.
• Work to increase guest satisfaction and ensure service quality remains high.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary working environment.

Qualifications
