Position Overview
Schneider Electric is seeking a Cluster Talent Management and Learning Lead based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the VP of Talent Management and Learning for MEA and the HRVP Cluster, this role is responsible for shaping and implementing talent management and learning strategies that align with the cluster's business objectives. The position involves driving initiatives that foster continuous learning, build leadership pipelines, and manage HR operations collaboratively with regional HR Business Partners to ensure a comprehensive approach and seamless execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop tailored talent management strategies that reflect the cluster’s unique context and needs.
- Create and deliver learning programs targeting skill enhancement and career progression.
- Focus on mastery of critical commercial skills to construct robust talent pipelines, support development, retention, and recognition aligned with business priorities.
- Lead projects aimed at improving diversity, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, learning, and leadership growth.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, maintaining fairness and consistency.
- Drive succession planning efforts to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Conduct talent assessments with constructive feedback on strengths, growth areas, and advancement opportunities.
- Work alongside local HR teams to address country-specific talent needs.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure talent strategies advance organizational objectives.
- Oversee regional talent analytics to guide decision making and strategic planning.
- Monitor and evaluate talent management initiatives' effectiveness, recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Utilize change management best practices to lead complex initiatives effectively and anticipate impacts during implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in executive talent management and leadership development.
- Ensure all talent management activities comply with applicable local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive experience working within or alongside markets in the Middle East.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
- Proficient in HR information systems and talent management technologies.
- Possession of relevant HR or talent management certifications is advantageous.
