Role Overview

The Cluster F&B Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing and media strategy for food and beverage outlets. Working closely with restaurant leaders, the cluster director of food and beverage, the cluster PR and marketing communications lead, and the sales and marketing team, this person will help build and execute the annual marketing plan across public relations, social media, digital channels, and broader marketing communications. The main goal is to raise awareness, strengthen visibility, and support traffic and revenue growth for the outlets and their offerings.

Key Responsibilities

This position covers a wide range of marketing, branding, digital, and project coordination work. The responsibilities below are not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Restaurant Operations and F&B Marketing

  • Deliver all core F&B marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Build the yearly F&B marketing strategy and action plan, aligned with business goals.
  • Protect the integrity of the brand and outlet concepts throughout all marketing work.
  • Plan and roll out inventive campaigns and programs that raise awareness of the outlets, their offerings, and the team behind them.
  • Lead the digital marketing approach for F&B with a proactive and creative use of online and electronic channels, from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Maintain the F&B website and landing pages so the messaging, positioning, and storytelling stay aligned with the business strategy.
  • Keep partner and third-party websites current and accurate.
  • Track online reviews and social channels to protect and improve the reputation of the outlets.
  • Oversee restaurant databases and subscriber lists while following privacy legislation, internal policies, and platform rules for promotional email use.
  • Run F&B social media accounts where needed, including strategy, content creation, daily community management, and performance reporting.
  • Create engaging stories and content that reflect the outlet identity and the wider Red Sea Global Hospitality brand while growing reach and engagement.
  • Use social platforms to strengthen key messages, support discovery, and deliver creative communication.
  • Plan influencer visits and make use of user-generated content opportunities where appropriate.
  • Track social media discussions connected to hospitality, luxury, local markets, and international audiences.
  • Partner with restaurant general managers, executive chefs, and beverage managers to identify content opportunities and represent the brand at relevant events.
  • Develop partnerships and co-branding ideas that increase visibility and drive footfall.
  • Coordinate promotional menus with the executive chef, restaurant general manager, and beverage teams.
  • Manage each collateral project end to end, including cost negotiation, production timelines, draft reviews, and final approvals before release.
  • Work with the Cluster PR and Marketing Director to coordinate F&B photo and video shoots and ensure all visual assets meet brand standards.
  • Maintain the hotel image library and video archive with relevant F&B material, including signed usage permissions where required.

Graphic Design Management

  • With support from the graphic designer and agency partners, supervise the design and production of all marketing materials such as brochures, digital assets, social graphics, email campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Ensure visual output stays consistent with brand aesthetics and storytelling across all channels.

Collaboration Across Marketing Teams

  • Partner with marketing and communications colleagues to create campaigns that support resort objectives.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to build integrated creative assets that reflect the luxury experience.

Brand Identity Development

  • Support the development of F&B visual identity so the brand expression matches each resort’s personality and luxury positioning.
  • Where needed, with agency support, create and maintain brand guidelines covering visual standards, typography, color usage, and logo application.

Project Oversight and Coordination

  • Handle several projects at the same time while keeping work on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Create project timelines and work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver efficiently.

Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Track F&B marketing results and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to assess impact and identify improvements.
  • Stay current with hospitality design trends and creative innovations to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field, ideally in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of the food and beverage market, including trends, customer behavior, and category-specific marketing approaches.
  • Clear understanding of F&B commercial metrics and the factors that drive performance.
  • Proven project management ability, with experience taking work from concept to completion while handling deadlines, expectations, and multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-handling, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with chefs, outlet general managers, senior operations leaders, and agency partners.
  • Experience creating and delivering annual marketing and PR calendars.
  • Ability to assess competitor activations and communications and adapt plans to market needs.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, combined with attention to quality and creativity.
  • Experience organizing commercial and social media photo/video shoots.
  • Understanding of composition and visual structure in photography and videography, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
  • Media relations experience and the ability to represent the brand confidently with journalists and opinion leaders.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage, especially English and Arabic.

Functional Skills

  • Strong creative and artistic sense, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Ability to manage several priorities and deliver projects to deadline.
  • Capacity to work across teams and inspire operational departments to contribute to compelling storytelling.
  • Excellent English fluency; Arabic knowledge is strongly preferred.
