The Role

As a Butler at the Shebara Resort, you will be instrumental in providing personalized, attentive, and exceptional service to our guests. Your primary focus will be to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond to create memorable and bespoke experiences. By anticipating guest requirements and delivering seamless, luxurious service, you will uphold the high standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality. This role is crucial for guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay, representing both our resorts and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized guest service, meticulously handling requests with utmost care and attention.
  • Proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs, offering tailored services to enhance their stay.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, provide room orientations, and ensure comfort and familiarity with accommodations.
  • Maintain and consistently meet guest preferences regarding room temperature, pillows, amenities, and dining.
  • Respond promptly to all guest requests, including room service, transportation, and other personalized needs.
  • Offer insightful recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences to exceed guest expectations.
  • Provide comprehensive personalized services such as luggage packing/unpacking, transportation arrangements, and reservation assistance.
  • Ensure guest room amenities are consistently replenished and special requests are handled discreetly and efficiently.
  • Serve meals, snacks, and beverages professionally, adhering strictly to guest preferences.
  • Assist guests with personal shopping and special arrangements with the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate special events like private dinners or in-room celebrations for seamless execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office to ensure efficient fulfillment of guest requests.
  • Update and ensure awareness of guest preference profiles among the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Anticipate guest needs by staying informed about schedule changes and preferences.
  • Consistently strive to exceed guest expectations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure guest satisfaction with accommodations and services.
  • Organize special activities or surprises to create memorable guest moments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized butler station with well-maintained equipment.
  • Assist with daily room preparation, ensuring amenities are stocked and rooms are immaculate.
  • Oversee smooth rooming and check-out processes for guests.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure room setups and turndown services align with guest preferences.
  • Adhere strictly to all resort and safety protocols, ensuring respectful and safe service delivery.
  • Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards when handling food and beverages.
