About the Role
Blackwoods is seeking a dedicated Clothing Coordinator for its Canning Vale, Western Australia location. This permanent, full-time position involves managing clothing alteration and embellishment services, including embroidery, heat sealing, screen printing, and garment alterations. You will be the key point of contact, working closely with customers, internal departments, and external suppliers to ensure all orders are processed accurately, delivered punctually, and meet stringent quality standards. The role also encompasses managing digital assets, maintaining pricing structures, and overseeing the entire customer journey from initial inquiry through to final delivery. This opportunity is perfect for an individual with excellent organizational capabilities, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and prior experience in customer service or internal sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on embellishment solutions
- Maintain pricing and embellishment master files
- Manage the digital asset library for logos and branding
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and margin goals
- Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Support warehouse finishing operations when needed
What You’ll Bring

- Proficiency with computer systems, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP software
