Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced CRA II with at least 18 months of independent monitoring experience. You should be comfortable handling multiple protocols and therapeutic areas, organising your own workload, and working collaboratively within a supportive and practical team culture. Full working rights in Australia and the ability to travel for site visits are essential.

Salary and benefits

The role offers an annual salary of AUD 105,000 to AUD 125,000, inclusive of car allowance, plus superannuation. The position also comes with genuine flexibility, trust-based working, realistic travel expectations, and a strong focus on quality, ethics, and patient-centred decision-making.
