About the Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable Clinic Manager to direct the daily management of a healthcare facility, guaranteeing outstanding patient services, operational excellence, adherence to healthcare standards, and top-notch quality. This role demands overseeing administrative teams, aiding medical staff, leading continuous enhancements, and safeguarding a superior experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinic's daily functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead and mentor administrative personnel, cultivating a collaborative and patient-centric environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to streamline workflows and improve operational outcomes.
- Track clinic performance indicators, operational goals, and patient satisfaction levels.
- Design and execute initiatives for operational improvements enhancing quality and efficiency.
- Guarantee compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation benchmarks, and internal policies.
- Address and resolve patient complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist with quality enhancement programs and participate in accreditation processes.
- Prepare operational reports and provide management with regular updates.
- Manage staff schedules, resource deployment, and overall facility operations.
- Lead emergency management, crisis response, and business continuity plans as needed.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Master’s degree considered an asset.
Experience
- At least five years in a Clinic Manager or healthcare operations leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Experience in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or medical centers preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accredited healthcare bodies such as JCI, CBAHI, or similar.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Familiarity with healthcare management software and Microsoft Office suite.
