Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to empower clients in harnessing Kraken's data platform to transform their analytics capabilities. This leadership role involves direct collaboration with clients to develop and elevate their data functions, alongside hands-on support such as query writing and delivering analytics demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients in transforming essential reporting and analytics using Kraken data through practical activities such as query development, interactive sessions, and training.
• Advise senior client leadership on building efficient data organizations, modern technology stacks, and strategic data initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Define and prioritize client data requirements to steer the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with client business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new data features responsive to client use cases.
• Educate internal client delivery teams to leverage data effectively for driving business impact.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification with strong expertise in client delivery or product ownership.
• Extensive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles such as analytics manager, lead analyst, or consultant.
• Proficiency in modern data tools and practices, including SQL and business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge conventional approaches constructively.
• Patience and empathy for clients undergoing significant transformational change.
• Experience within the energy sector is advantageous.
