Role overview
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys keeping spaces looking their best. As a Cleaning Team Member, you help maintain a polished, welcoming store environment that supports a positive experience for customers and coworkers alike.
Part-time team members are assigned to one store, which provides consistency and a steady routine. The broader workplace model is designed to be rewarding, with added recognition for strong performance and contributions to the business.
Pay details
An extra $1.50 per hour is offered for shifts worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
What you will do
- Keep the store looking its best by cleaning inside and outside areas, including windows, service zones, parking spaces, expanded parking areas, curbs, dumpster areas, floors, restrooms, food and drink sections, coolers, freezers, and the surrounding property.
- Take ownership of inspecting and cleaning service areas, maintaining fuel dispenser equipment, and cleaning plus restocking car wash areas where applicable.
- Handle snow removal when needed.
- Assist the store team with whatever is required to help maintain a spotless and well-run location.
Qualifications and experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous work in janitorial services or cleaning is a plus, and familiarity with light equipment maintenance is also preferred.
